WWE RAW Results (5/25/15)

Memorial Day on Long Island, NY, just got memorable, as the contract-signing for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Elimination Chamber took a wild turn. The Entourage and Arrow star Stephen Amell were also on hand, while Long Island's homeboy attempted to win the United States Title on the last WWE event at Nassau Coliseum.

The Authority started Monday Night RAW, with WWE World Champion Seth Rollins finding ways to not face Dean Ambrose at Elimination Chamber. A contract-signing was slated for later on the show, by the way, and the title match on Sunday would only be official if Ambrose inks his signature on it.

Triple H called out Ambrose, who obliged but not without fellow Shield comrade Roman Reigns joining him. This prompted Stephanie McMahon to book the two against Rollins and Director of Operations Kane... which was next!

1. Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns defeated Kane and WWE World Champion Seth Rollins
- Ambrose pinned Rollins via a back slide

Backstage, Renee Young was interviewing Ambrose when J&J Security provoked The Lunatic Fringe to a fight. In the ensuing slugfest, Ambrose accidentally knocked down a cameraman.

2. Rusev def. R-Truth via the Accolade submission

After the match, Rusev called out Lana and asked her to come back to his arms again, on one condition: that she admits that what happened to him the past few weeks was all her fault. Lana refused to do so, and called Rusev a liar and a quitter. Lana left the ring and met Dolph Ziggler on the entrance ramp with a kiss, throwing Rusev into a fit.

Then, at the backstage office, the cameraman (thanks to an intimidating Seth Rollins) pressed charges against Dean Ambrose for what happened earlier. Ambrose was then taken away in handcuffs by police, putting the contract-signing later in jeopardy.

3. Ryback def. King Bad News Barrett via a Shellshocked

Backstage, the main cast of Entourage talked to HHH and Stephanie McMahon. Ronda Rousey was mentioned 'cause she would be at the movie adaptation of the hit TV series, and that made Steph ask where the guys' locker room was.

4. Neville def. Stardust via a Red Arrow
- After the match, Bo Dallas attacked Neville. Both former NXT champions will face each other at Elimination Chamber on Sunday.

5. Sheamus def. Dolph Ziggler via a Brogue Kick
- Lana and later Rusev came out on the entrance stage, distracting Ziggler enough for him to lose the match
- After the match, Rusev attacked Ziggler

In the ring, United States Champion John Cena awaited the next challenger to take on his Open Challenge. The Entourage came out to introduce that man: Long Island's own, Zack Ryder!

6. US Title Open Challenge: John Cena def. Zack Ryder via an Attitude Adjustment to retain his title
- After the match, NXT Champion Kevin Owens laid out Cena

7. Tamina Snuka def. Paige via a Samoan Drop

8. 10-on-3 Handicap Match: WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods) def. Elimination Chamber opponents Cesaro and Tyson Kidd, The Ascension, The Lucha Dragons, Los Matadores, and The Prime Time Players via DQ

Former Intercontinental Champion Daniel Bryan will be at the Elimination Chamber pre-show, as a guest on MizTV!

Then, a video footage was shown of the Ambrose-cameraman incident earlier, showing Seth Rollins actually pushing the cameraman into Ambrose!

In the ring, Seth Rollins and The Authority gloated on how Ambrose would not be able to sign the contract for Sunday's WWE World Title Match. Triple H was about to announce what would happen next, when Roman Reigns rushed to the ring. But he was quickly taken down by The Authority.

Suddenly, a siren sounded, a police van entered, and Dean Ambrose popped out of it! Ambrose and Reigns cleared The Authority from the ring to end RAW!
