The X Division Title or a shot at the TNA World Title? What will Rockstar Spud choose in this week's edition of Impact Wrestling?

A party was taking place in the ring, as Ethan Carter III (with Tyrus) started the show, boasting about finally placing #1 in TNA's top 5 rankings to become the #1 contender for the TNA World Championship. He even invited the champion Kurt Angle to join him in his celebration.

Angle, however, spoiled his party by reminding him that X Division Champion Rockstar Spud would be making his decision next week on whether to trade his title for a World Title opportunity. In response, EC3 said that he will make Spud an offer he can't refuse later that night.

1. Bobby Lashley defeated Eric Young via a Spear
- Sgt. Chris Melendez came out and distracted Young, costing him the match

Backstage, Rockstar Spud was mulling over the choice that he had to make next week at the Destination X PPV. After segments involving the Dollhouse and Sgt. Melendez, Spud was joined by Austin Aries, who devised the "Option C" for X Division champions at Destination X. Aries said he sometimes regrets creating that option, but the decision was still up to Spud.

2. Brooke Tessmacher def. Jade (w/ Marti)
- Backstage, after the match, Rebel congratulated Brooke for her win. But as soon as Brooke headed for the showers, Jade and Marti attacked Rebel.

3. Six-Man Tag Team Match: The Rising (Drew Galloway, Eli Drake, and Mica) def. The Beat Down Clan (MVP, Low Ki, and Kenny King)
- Galloway pinned Low Ki after a Doomsday Device tag team move with Mica

** Somewhere in Nashville, Mickie James was shown heading to a music/recording office, after accepting James Storm's offer last week. After a phone call to his husband Magnus, she entered the office, but nobody was there... until James Storm walked in!

**Then, in the ring, Rockstar Spud was about to make a decision between remaining the X Division Champion or giving that up for a World Title opportunity. Kurt Angle came out to help Spud think about it. EC3 and Tyrus did the same, too, then revealed his offer to Spud: he will become the Carters' lifetime Chief of Staff.

Spud refused EC3's offer, and exercised Option C! As a result, Rockstar Spud will challenge for Kurt Angle's TNA World Title next week at Destination X!

** Back to somewhere in Nashville, James Storm offered Mickie James and her son to join him in The Revolution! Mickie refused, however, because of Magnus. Seemingly respecting Mickie's decision, Storm hugged James and accompanied her as they made their way out of the office. But it looked like James Storm had other plans.

4. TNA World Tag Team Championship - Best of Five Series - Match #3: The Dirty Heels (Austin Aries and Bobby Roode) def. The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards)
- Roode pinned Edwards after a low blow and a chair shot behind the referee's back
- The Wolves still lead the series, however, at 2-1

** Back in Nashville, James Storm and Mickie James were walking along a train station, when out of the blue, Storm pushed James off the train platform onto the tracks! He then picked up the phone Mickie dropped, called "Nick" (Magnus' nickname in real life), and told him that Mickie wouldn't make it for dinner.

** In the ring, Madison Rayne lured Velvet Sky into attacking her. This led to another arrest, like what happened last week at May Mayhem. After Velvet was handcuffed, Angelina came out and harassed (even slapped) Velvet. But then, while Velvet was being escorted out by Angelina's security team, the TNA Security headed to the ring and handcuffed Angelina for attacking a fan!

5. Kurt Angle and Rockstar Spud def. Ethan Carter III and Tyrus
- Spud pinned Tyrus after an Angle Slam by Angle
- After the match, Austin Aries appeared on stage, lauded Spud for his decision, then reminded everyone about his Feast or Fired briefcase which he said he could cash in to face the winner of Angle vs Spud at Destination X!
