#ThemeSongTuesday: Samoa Joe's NXT Theme

So a couple of weeks ago, Samoa Joe debuted on NXT. You all know that.

A lot of you also immediately hated his theme, thinking that it was a sparse hip-hop instrumental that doesn't exactly scream "SAMOAN SUBMISSION MACHINE." Have you ever thought that maybe the sick beat (yes, it's actually a pretty damn good hip-hop beat) is not only indicative of his musical preferences and overall demeanor (bass-heavy because he means business), but also a backdrop for all the chants he'll be getting as he walks to the ring?

Seriously, take another listen, as most videos up on YouTube right now have the audio from Unstoppable. Notice how the "JOE! JOE! JOE! JOE!" chants match up pretty well with the beat. Now imagine you were Kevin Owens in the ring, hearing all that. Wouldn't you be scared shitless, what with the urgency of the theme?

Yeah, that's what we thought.

But really, why do you hate this song so much? Let us know in the comments.
