WWE World Champion Seth Rollins continued the quest to get his WWE World Heavyweight Title back from Dean Ambrose. Did he succeed on this episode of RAW in New Orleans?

*****

United States Champion John Cena kicked off RAW for another US Title Open Challenge, but NXT Champion Kevin Owens came out and cut him off to start his own NXT Open Challenge.

Neville then answered the call, and he chose to face Owens!

1. NXT Championship Open Challenge: Kevin Owens defeated Neville via a pop-up powerbomb to retain his title

Backstage, WWE World Champion Seth Rollins talked to WWE COO Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Rollins was upset at seeing Dean Ambrose roaming around New Orleans with the WWE World Title. The power couple then reminded Rollins about what he said last week about not needing the Authority. They then allowed Rollins to pick his opponent for later.

Afterwards, somewhere else backstage, Divas Champion Nikki Bella was interviewed. She announced that she'll be defending her title against Paige at the Money in the Bank PPV.

2. Divas Champion Nikki Bella def. Summer Rae via a Rack Attack in a non-title match

After the break, Roman Reigns emerged through the crowd and headed to the ring for a promo. Until finally, Sheamus and Randy Orton came out for the next match.

3. Sheamus def. Randy Orton via DQ

4. Kane def. Dolph Ziggler via a chokeslam
- During the match's final moments, Lana headed down to the ramp from the stage after Rusev, who was in crutches, appeared. Lana stumbled on the ramp, distracting Ziggler enough for the loss.

In the ring, MizTV was on with The Miz. He was about to introduce his guest, The Big Show, but Intercontinental Champion Ryback came out instead. Miz and Ryback had a war of words until Big Show showed up. Chaos ensued, and Ryback hit a huge Shellshocked on Big Show!

5. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper def. Los Matadores (Diego and Fernando)
- Harper pinned Fernando after he and Rowan hit a 3D

Backstage, Kane revealed to Rollins that he will be on J&J Security's corner in the main event.
