Impact Wrestling Results (7/1/15)

This week on Impact Wrestling, three titles were on the line! The Best-of-5 series for the vacant TNA World Tag Team Championship ended with a bang, Taryn Terrell defended the Knockouts Title in a Triple Threat Match, while Ethan Carter III challenged for TNA's top prize!

1. 4-on-3 Elimination Match (with the losing team forced to disband): The Beat Down Clan (MVP, Low Ki, Kenny King, and Hernandez) def. The Rising (Drew Galloway, Mica, and Eli Drake)
- Order of elimination: Mica (by Low Ki), Drake (due to injury), Low Ki (by Galloway), King (by Galloway), Galloway (by MVP)

In the ring, Magnus welcomed Mickie James back in TNA after the harrowing incident caused by James Storm. Of course, Storm emerged to spoil the party, and further justified his actions, saying that he did not want Mickie in the Revolution anyways, and "he could have any woman he wants" in the group.

Mickie took that as a dare, and challenged Storm to find that woman so that she and Magnus could face the both of them.

2. TNA World Tag Team Championship Best-of-5 Series - Match #5 - 30-Minute Iron Man Match: The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) def. The Dirty Heels (Austin Aries and Bobby Roode) to win the vacant titles
- Pinfalls: Aries pinned Edwards after a 450 Splash (0-1), Edwards pinned Aries after a lungblower (1-1), Edwards pinned Roode via a roll-up (2-1)

3. TNA Knockouts Championship - Triple Threat Match: Taryn Terrell (w/ Jade and Marti) def. Brooke Tessmacher and Awesome Kong to retain her title
- Terrell pinned Kong after a Diamond Cutter
- After the match, Gail Kim made her presence felt!

Backstage, King of the Mountain Champion Jeff Jarrett (w/ Karen Jarrett) was interviewed by Mike Tenay on his Slammiversary win and about Global Force Wrestling (GFW).

4. TNA World Heavyweight Championship: Ethan Carter III (w/ Tyrus) def. Kurt Angle via a sunset flip reversal to an Angle Slam to win the title
