WWE RAW Results (7/20/15)

Superstars had a lot of explaining to do on this episode of RAW, after the tumultuous Battleground pay-per-view. Will things finally be answered, or will more questions arise?

The returning Undertaker kicked off RAW, explaining his actions at Sunday's Battleground PPV, when he cost Brock Lesnar the WWE World Title match.

He said that he's out to avenge his loss to Lesnar over a year ago at WrestleMania XXX, and challenges him to a rematch.

After that, Triple H and Stephanie were shown backstage. While they are glad that the SummerSlam main event just fell in their laps, they would like to have none of Lesnar or Heyman appearing that night.

1. Charlotte (w/ Paige and Becky Lynch) defeated Brie Bella (w/ Alicia Fox and Divas Champion Nikki Bella) via the Figure Eight submission
- Team B.A.D. (Naomi, Tamina, and NXT Women's Champion Sasha Banks were on commentary)

Backstage, Triple H was shown talking to Paul Heyman over the phone. He tells Heyman to tell Lesnar to not come over on RAW. After that, The Miz approached HHH, whining about his Battleground debacle with The Big Show. HHH brushed him off, and pit him in a match against Big Show for good measure!

2. Los Matadores (Diego and Fernando) def. WWE Tag Team Champions The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) in a non-title match
- O'Neil was pinned after a distraction by The New Day on stage

3. The Big Show def. The Miz via a big elbow drop
- After the match, Big Show challenged Ryback to appear on Tough Enough the next night, then beat up Miz some more

Backstage, HHH and Stephanie spotted Paul Heyman arriving to the arena. Heyman explained that he was just there to formally accept Undertaker's challenge on behalf of Lesnar. After Heyman left, HHH felt distrust on Heyman, and ordered security and half of the locker room in case of a wild brawl.

After the break, Paul Heyman indeed headed to the ring, but to point out again that Lesnar has every right to brag about breaking of Undertaker's WrestleMania streak. He also argued that Taker made it personal by costing Lesnar the WWE World Title on Sunday.

Undertaker then appeared to taunt Heyman, which led Brock Lesnar himself to come out and start a fight! Security and numerous Superstars found it hard to break the brawl up, but they did eventually.

*** After commercial, Triple H and Stephanie commented on the chaos that ensued, but said they will not press charges. Then, WWE World Champion Seth Rollins finally decided to show up, and he'll address the WWE Universe in a bit!

Afterwards, Bray Wyatt gave a pep talk to a returning Luke Harper, who helped Wyatt beat Roman Reigns at Battleground.

4. Roman Reigns (w/ Dean Ambrose) def. Luke Harper (w/ Bray Wyatt) via DQ
- Wyatt cost Reigns the match
- After the match, Reigns and Ambrose took care of Wyatt and Harper

After the break, Rollins headed to the ring for his speech. He then made Lilian announce belatedly that he won via DQ due to outside interference at Battleground.

Cue United States Champion John Cena, who stuck it to Rollins then asked for a fight. Rollins, however, backed off and walked away.

5. Naomi and NXT Women's Champion Sasha Banks (w/ Tamina) def. Paige and Becky Lynch (w/ Charlotte)
- Banks made Paige submit to the Bank Statement
- Team Bella were at commentary during the match

Backstage, Lana gave an update on Dolph Ziggler's condition. Summer Rae and then Rusev emerged, taunting Lana. Summer Rae then slapped Lana to end the segment.

6. Six-Man Tag Team Match: Cesaro, Randy Orton, and United States Champion John Cena def. Rusev, Sheamus, and Kevin Owens
- Orton pinned Rusev after an RKO
- Lana and Summer Rae distracted Rusev, costing his team the match
