#WTFWednesday: The (Multiple) Roads to PWR Live: Manila Madness and Useful Travel Tips

I love you Sabado... kasi PWR Live: Manila Madness! na!!!!!

And as the name implies, this marks the 4th venue to host the PWR stars. Venturing out of the Makati area, many may be confused on how to get to the venue. Fret not, PWR Nation. We've got you covered with our handy and nifty (and UPDATED, sorry folks) guide called:

Important landmark : DSWD office

The venue (Tanduay Covered Court) is in front of this landmark

Via Legarda Station (LRT-2)

There are jeepneys available from the starting point that will drop you off at the venue. If you're feeling skittish or whatnot your other option is to take a cab. Just so you know, the venue is very near from this starting point.

Our resident Senyorito, Jake De Leon has this to say:

They're not ALL bad. Like only 85% are at any given time

If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, you can take the scenic route and opt to walk instead. At a leisurely pace, it should take you barely any time at all. Fire up Zomato and you just might find a place to eat along the way!

Of course, with adventure comes some risk. Mark D. Manalo gives us some useful advice on being realistic:

It's a nice way of saying "Wag kang tatanga-tanga! Gusto mong manakawan?!"

From Makati

It's a bit of a drive from the old venue. Yes, we know. If you're not familiar with the area, it may make it seem more daunting. But think of all the possibilities that an OUTDOOR venue holds. Don't get me wrong, I love the iAcademy Auditorium and its glorious aircon. However, there are just some things you can't do inside a school. We'll leave that to your imagination.

Oh, by the way, Bombay Suarez has a request for you Makati peeps:

He has a lovely storytelling voice. It's actually very soothing.

Via E. Rodriguez Ave.

Coming from the Ortigas area, this will most likely be the route you take heading to the venue. It's pretty straightforward. Just remember that to make things easier for you, follow the LRT. The venue will be at your right side.

If you're not confident enough to get to the venue, PHX Champion Ken Warren has some harsh words for you:

*Cough*cough*pleasegetUberorGrabasasponsorforourpersonalsafety*cough*cough*

Via Espana Blvd.

Lastly, this should cover our friends coming from the Fairview, Commonwealth area. Taking Quezon Avenue from Q.C. Circle to the Rotonda is just one long straight drive. Once you reach intersection of UST, turn left at Lacson and right at the bus terminal to exit EspaƱa Boulevard. Then it will be a straight drive until you reach Legarda station where you will make another right.

Lastly, we've got Rederick Mahaba to share with us how to... WHAT THE HELL?! GET OUT OF HERE, CHINO! GET AWAY FROM MY KEYBOARD, I SWEAR!

OMG, CHINO. CAN YOU JUST NOT BE YOU FOR A CHANGE?!

One last thing, Smarks. Don't forget that the event starts at around 5:00 PM! This should be to allow us to get home at an earlier time than the previous PWR events.

Hope our little guide helps! See you there this Saturday, PWR-faithful!

(And please, for the love of the Wrestling God and Crossfit Jesus, arrive on time so we can get out of there early. I don't know about you, but I really don't plan on staying in that area any later than I have to. I don't get paid enough for this writing gig to risk getting stabbed or something.)
