The Grapevine (11/8/16): Sin Frío

Good morning, and this is your daily Grapevine! This section of Smark Henry is where we round up all the founded and unfounded rumors abound the pro wrestling scene that you may have missed over the evening.

More on the hottest news of the hour, Backstage Brawler Sin Cara:

  • Apparently, the reason why Sin Cara and Chris Jericho fought during RAW's England tour is because the former was being annoying on the tour bus. Sin Cara reportedly kept making "annoying noises" on the bus and wouldn't stop after everyone told him to, so Jericho stepped up. The former Hunico told the legend to "fuck off," the two argued, and then he threw the first punch. Others separated the two before it got worse, but not before Jericho managed to bite Sin Cara's finger. Jericho was reportedly shouting about how Sin Cara would never work in the company again. We say: It seems as though Sin Cara has some sort of frustration and anger management problem, and while this story is funny to hear, it may be some sort of cry for help... or he could just be a dick. It looks like it's definitely a good thing for Kalisto that the Lucha Dragons were broken up.

  • According to Brooke Hogan, WWE has been contacting Hulk Hogan for a possible WrestleMania 33 appearance. Hogan may be on good terms with the company again since his racist comments have become pretty old news. He was suddenly fired back in July 2015 after his sex tapes with his racist comments were hit. (Source: TMZ)

We say: We're not surprised; enough time has passed for this to happen. It shouldn't hurt, as long as it's not as offensively long and pointless as the Rock's appearance this year.
