PWR Announces First Show For 2017

So maybe 2016 didn't end on the smoothest note for the Philippine Wrestling Revolution. A main event talent got knocked out of action indefinitely with a concussion, the traditional Terminus year-end show got canceled abruptly, and the company president got fired amid rumors of shady money management.

(So did Bruno Bernardo, but nobody really complained.)

But hey, you know what? That's all forgiven, because PWR just dropped the sweetest teaser video we've ever seen for a local pro wrestling event. Legit chills down our spine, that's for sure.

So there you have it, Revo-Nation. After nearly two and a half months without a show, January 29, 2017 is going to take us all to new beginnings with PWR Live: Bagong Yugto at the iAcademy Auditorium in Salcedo Village, Makati.

Match and ticket details will be announced in the coming weeks, but for now, it's great to know that the pioneers behind the Pinoy wrestling revival are alive and kicking, and remain committed to putting on their unique brand of entertainment.

What matches are you looking forward to seeing? Let us know in the comments, and maybe PWR can make your wishes come true.

Happy new year, happy #BagongYugto, everyone!
