Gigz Stryker Set To Debut At MWF Live

In a world of fake news, extrajudicial killings, government officials getting busted for drugs, and Top Gear exposés, we desperately need a hero more than ever. And in Gigz Stryker, the Manila Wrestling Federation just may have an answer for us all.

The fledgling pro wrestling promotion released a third video in its ongoing series of introductory vignettes starring the mustachioed strongman-slash-action-hero, and it's cheesily magnificent to behold.

From the 80s-quality dubbed sound effects to the ludicrous-but-strangely-heartwarming storyline centered around defending the honor of a fruit vendor, the video is a straight tribute to the glory days of Robin Padilla, FPJ, and George Estregan.

Frankly, we can't wait to see Stryker make his debut at MWF Live: MWF at MCS next Saturday, April 8, at the Makati Square Arena along Chino Roces Avenue, Makati. We have no idea who he'll be facing, but his mustache is already automatically the greatest in the local pro wrestling scene today.

Check out his promo video, and we'll see you all at the show!
