[FULL RESULTS] PWR x APCC—Day 2

The PHX Championship Tournament continued with a jam-packed Day 2 of action at the AsiaPOP Comicon held in the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

But we had tons of other rasslin' from the Philippine Wrestling Revolution to cover as well, including both the PWR Championship and Tag Team Championships at stake.

Here's how the day played out!

Match #1—Six-Person Tag: Joey Bax, McKata & Mh4rckie vs. Robynn, Chris Panzer & Trian Dela Torre

A crowd-pleasing opener that saw the fan favorites take home the win after Robynn brought down Mh4rckie with a Twist of Fate.

Winners: Chris Panzer, Robynn & Trian Dela Torre via pinfall

Match #2: Vintendo vs. Revo-Ranger

Vintendo came ready to wreck the Revo-Ranger in his return to APCC action. Unfortunately, his cosplay skills seemed to have been better than his wrestling skills, as he fell to a Revo-Ranger Kick for the embarrassing defeat.

Winner: Revo-Ranger via pinfall

Match #3: The Apocalypse vs. Kapitan PWR

The elusive Kapitan PWR resurfaced after a long absence, only to run into a massive roadblock in All Out War Champion The Apocalypse.

The good captain ate a rare loss in this non-title match after falling victim to a top-rope Coup de Grâce.

Post-match antics saw the YOLO Twins drag out the unconscious masked man to cap their year-long hunt.

Winner: The Apocalypse via pinfall

Match #4—PHX Championship Eliminations: SANDATA vs. "The Future" Evan Carleaux

The SANDATA reclamation project was in full force, with the popular Pinoy Tecnico finally snapping his four-match losing streak in his first-round match against the returning Evan Carleaux.

SANDATA nailed the win after his newly-rechristened Kidlat running knee kick knocked ECX out for the count.

Winner: SANDATA via pinfall

Match #5—PHX Championship Eliminations: Dax Xaviera vs. Rederick Mahaba

If the 320-pound Mahaba thought he was going to go hog-wild all over the young Xaviera, he was sorely mistaken.

The up-and-coming "Sagisag ng Sigasig" pulled through with another upset to sail through to the semifinals after trapping the "Intimate Warrior" in a knee bar.

Winner: Dax Xaviera via submission

Match #6—PHX Championship Eliminations: Zayden Trudeau vs. Bolt

Zayden Trudeau continued his Cinderella APCC weekend with an energetic victory over fellow rookie Bolt.

A quick roll-up gave "The Canadian Dragon" his ticket to a semis date against Xaviera, ending the PHX Championship first round with a bang.

Winner: Zayden Trudeau via pinfall

Match #7—PWR Championship: Martivo vs. "Beautiful" Billy Suede (c)

Billy Suede may have been banged up from his title defense against Chris Panzer during Day 1, but that didn't stop the reigning Kampeon ng Pilipinas from hustling at APCC.

Stepping up as his unlikely challenger was "The Man-Doll" Martivo, who shocked everyone with a surprisingly competent showing. Suede had too much for him, however, scoring the win with his trademark skywalking shiranui.

Winner: Billy Suede via pinfall

Match #8—PWR Tag Team Championship: The Network (James "Idol" Martinez & Alexander Belmonte III) vs. The YOLO Twins (Yohann & Logan Ollores, c)

Finally.

After months of chasing down the PWR Tag Team Championship, The Network got their last shot against the red-hot Ollores boys, who not only had the gold on the line but their epic seven-match tag team winning streak.

Martinez and AB3 made the most of the opportunity, landing a double-team Pay-In to claim rulership of the Philippine tag team division.

Winners AND NEW PWR TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: The Network via pinfall
