WWE 2K20 Immortalizes the Women's Evolution

WWE 2K19 gave us a chance to relive a lot of Daniel Bryan's greatest moments in WWE as part of the 2K Showcase mode. WWE 2K20 ups the ante this year by making it all about the Women's Evolution.

It's only fitting that the ladies—specifically, NXT's Four Horsewomen—take center stage, with Becky Lynch being the Cover Superstar of WWE 2K20. Unlike the Daniel Bryan Showcase, which took you through the former Planet's Champion's rise until his triumphant in-ring comeback at WrestleMania 34, this year's Showcase features the careers of the Four Horsewomen and how they've interacted with one another on and off through the years.

This game mode starts at the very first NXT TakeOver, with the iconic match between Charlotte Flair and Natalya, with Ric Flair and Bret Hart in their respective corners. You'll then proceed to the Four Horsewomen's signature match at NXT TakeOver: Rival, where all of them battled one another for the NXT Women's Championship.

And you can't have this 2K Showcase game mode without that TakeOver: Brooklyn bout between Bayley and Sasha Banks, right? Yep, that's stage three.

This mode takes you all the way through WrestleMania 35's main event this past April when Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair headlined against Ronda Rousey for both Women's Championships. But the matches in between also feature other Superstars that the Four Horsewomen have battled with over the years including the Bella Twins, Mickie James, Nia Jax, Asuka, and Alexa Bliss.

Here's the full list of matches featured in this year's game:
